After our on-site visit, we put together a digital contract with pricing based on what we actually saw. You sign online, we schedule the work, and we follow up when the job is done.

We build your digital contract
We review what we saw on site, document the scope, and prepare clear pricing in a digital contract.
- Step 4
Contract sent to your email
You get a secure link to review scope, price, and terms on your phone or computer.
- Step 5
You sign online
Review and sign electronically. No printing, no chasing paperwork.
- Step 6
We schedule your job
Once the contract is signed, we lock in a date and time for the crew.
- Step 7
Job complete & follow-up
When the work is finished, we confirm you're satisfied and ask for a Google review if you're happy with the job.

During the on-site consultation we evaluate the factors that drive real cost—not a ballpark from a photo. That includes:
